Services are mostly set up for timing. We don’t always have to do exactly what you book! We can consult on timing as well as a quote at your appointment time ( or before if you wish) book what seems right to you! A lot of you, I know the time we need, but please make note if the change is bigger! Or if you’re new!
Please include a note in your booking If you’re looking for a big change. I will want extra time for before and afters, and of course to consult,perfect,and educate you on your new look. If your hair is long and thick, and usually needs more time, or if there’s a specific color or toner you’d like me to have in stock please add that to the note as well!
Cancellation Policy:
Sage Studio Salon has a 48 hour cancellation policy. In the event that you must cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment or no show, you will be charged 100% of the service booked. If you have to cancel within 48 hours, 50% of the serviced scheduled will be charged. When you book, you will be asked to enter your credit card information to secure your appointment. You will not be charged at the time of your booking, ONLY at the end of your service.
Please note that you are able to cancel and reschedule through the initial confirmation email at your time of booking.
You will need to dig that original confirmation up in your email to access to make changes. Please email me if you have any trouble and I will be happy to help you! Appointments not cancelled WILL result in a charge at the time of booked service.
